Mr. Mohamed has been the Managing Director of PACC since its establishment. Mr. Tawfik has twenty seven years of experience in the importing business. Graduating with honors from the Faculty of Economics & Political Sciences of Cairo University in 1991, Mr. Tawfik has twenty four years of experience in the importing business. short career with Abu Dhabi Bank‘s credit department, he established his first food importing business – MG Foods, S.A.E. in 1992. By 1996, his business topped USD 800 MM in annual turnover. PACC’s main food suppliers today are the fruition of his work in this arena over the years. In 1998, Mr. Tawfik started venturing in the importing of other strategic products, including lumber, oil & gas, as well as construction material, and by the turn of the past millennium, his imports were key in the manufacturing and construction business in Egypt, from North to South. By 2005, Mr. Tawfik joined forces with key businessmen in the region: he is the co-founder of AK for Real Estate Development and AK for Real Estate Marketing & Construction, currently possessing about eight million square meters of land on the Mediterranean. Both companies are currently in the process of developing world-class resorts for the purpose of tourism and recreation, with famous hotel and resort management companies such as MGM, the Montage and Hyatt on board. Mr. Tawfik currently sits on the board of several corporations, including AK for Real Estate Development, Borak Holding, Al Forsan and PACC.
Rawya Adly
With more than twenty years in marketing and sales, Mrs. Adly is a central force in PACC’s success. She has been a member of our top executive team since the beginning of 2013, and her impact can already be felt: PACC’s volume of distribution of food products has doubled in this past year. Mrs. Adly graduated from the American University in Cairo in the summer of 1994, after which she studied law, and earned a Masters degree from the University of Bordeaux. From November 1995 to mid 2007, she worked with Cargill, where she reached the ranks of VP by the end of her tenure. Rawya established her own marketing company in 2007, and for six years she consulted on behalf of large international corporations in the Middle East, helping them boost their sales, by devising creative and innovative marketins and sales techniques. her long list of clients includes the Four Seasons, Emaar, Damac, Kraft, Sony and many others.
Mohamed Sameh
Mr. Sameh has a diverse background, both on the academic and the practical levels. Majoring in mechanical engineering, Mr. Sameh graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University, in 1994. Discovering his passion for business development, for the following the twenty three years to follow he went on to pursue careers with two giant multinationals: Mantrac and Proctor & Gamble in Saudi Arabia. With the latter, he acquired a lot of experience in international business development, and when he felt the time was right, he moved back to Egypt to join forces with Alkan Holding Group, where he took it upon himself to build an entire department specializing in renewable energy. By 2011, Alkan Holding became the number one provider of clean and renewable energy solutions in Egypt. During his career with Alkan, he worked closely with one of the most reputable businessmen in Egypt’s modern history; the past Mohamed Nosseir. During his tenure, Mr. Sameh developed Alkan’s profile of agencies, suppliers and clients in the African and the GCC region. Mr. Sameh joined PACC in the second half of 2013, and immediately he made an impact. For PACC, he continues to develop new growth opportunities.
Hassan Hamdy
Mr. Hassan joined PACC in January 2016 as a VP of Strategic Business Development. He is an enthusiastic and dedicated person with exemplary analytical skills, and is a successful and very productive team member. Mr. Hamdy started his career in February 2008 as a banker in one of the leading financial institutions in Egypt where he held primary positions till he became a branch manager in April 2012. Mr. Hamdy possesses excellent interpersonal skills, can communicate concisely at all levels and demonstrates a great aptitude for numbers. Eager to take up a challenging position that will make best use of existing skills and new experiences is a constant stimulation for further personal and professional development. Mr. Hamdy holds a certificate in Portfolio Management under the supervision of EFSA – CMA. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration at Cairo University – English Department in the year 2007.
Glenn Graham
Mr. Graham has been with PACC since 2014 as VP of Supplier Relations Based in North America, Mr. Graham facilitates agent representation contracts with suppliers both in North America and around the world. Mr. Graham has extensive executive, management consulting, manufacturing and engineering experience. Mr. Graham began his career in 1979 with IBM, and subsequently has worked as an engineer for Ford, General Motors, Digital Equipment Corp and as a management consultant with PwC, Gartner Group and Benchmarking Partners, and as an executive with Thomson Financial/First Call and multiple start-ups including recruiting and HR firms. For the last 24 years he has also run an international software development firm, Nouveau Group. Mr. Graham has consulted extensively to international firms, in EMEA, Asia and Australia, in addition to dozens of companies in North America. A primary focus is business contracts. Mr. Graham is a graduate of MIT with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a second major in Economics. Mr. Graham has been granted patents and trademarks, is published internationally, and is a founding member of organizations such as Robotics International.
Morton Smith
Mr. Morton leads a career of thirty four years in public relations. During his long years of practice, he made a name for himself in media relations, marketing communications and spokesperson training. He has led numerous high-profile communications initiatives, from corporate restructurings to product introductions and from international crisis communications response to grassroots engagement efforts. American born and raised, with a passion for diversity and culture, Mr. Smith decided to join forces with our corporation in January 2014. He sees a unique opportunity to contribute in developing distressed countries and economies around the world, and with his ties to some of the founders of PACC, Egypt became a natural choice. Mr. Smith is accredited in public relations, which signifies a high professional level of experience and competence and indicates that he has demonstrated broad knowledge, experience and professional judgment in the field. Realizing the need to fill such a position at a senior executive level, Mr. Smith brings a perfect addition to PACC‘s management. A PR counselor who is accredited gives PACC access to a dedicated professional with a unique level of knowledge, ethics and experience in public relations. Since his addition to the executive team, PACC gained the expertise of a counselor who is committed to excellence, both personally and professionally. A 28-year veteran of the communications field, Mr. Smith is a former broadcast journalist who worked as a reporter, anchor and talk show host at local radio stations in Virginia and Chicago before working as a network director of news and programming.
